Aggregate Git commit History

Rationale: The majority of my work commits are not stored in Github, due to my employer's choice of git hosting. Therefore, in order to show an accurate record of my commits, I needed to aggregate the commits I made across all git hosting platforms.

Please note that this chart uses a Log scale, and not a Linear scale.
